NAREIT Website Redesign is Live!

There are few things that make us happier than seeing our newest web projects launch successfully. We are excited to announce that over the weekend, we launched a newly-redesigned, Sitecore-powered website for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).

The new design places an emphasis on news relevant to investors via index data, videos, and social media, which required integrating multiple 3rd-parties with the Sitecore CMS to include the most current and relevant data. In addition to the new design, we made several information architecture improvements to support content flow and the overall user experience.

New Target has been working with NAREIT to expand their presence on the web through their website, social media, email marketing, web-based mobile apps, and many other avenues for several years. Educating Kids About Online Predators

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Sprint partnered to establish NSTeens, a site dedicated to helping children ages 8-17 make safer online decisions. The site is a collection of animated videos targeting the 8-12 age range and real life videos targeting the 12-17 age range on the risks that exist online and how to avoid poor decisions.

The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) presented New Target with a number of challenges and concerns regarding their web presence in the marketplace. Not only were they interested in modifying the look-and-feel of their online properties, but the NAREIT leadership was equally interested in driving traffic to the site, increasing their exposure to the mainstream search engines, expanding their online video offerings, and streamlining the content management process for their editorial staff.
